Mr Miller, landlord and owner, takes pride in maintaining
the apartments up to historical codes. An onsite property
manager is on site most days. There is no out-of-state owners and no large
management companies to deal with. Water, sewer and trash are provided
and the average electric bill is $50
Mr. Miller is generally on-site Monday - Friday
